What Does a Lead-Based Paint Inspection Entail?

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommend that only a Certified (Licensed) Lead-Based Paint Inspector or Risk Assessor should conduct these surveys.
